JAPAN TOKYO (WHERE TO STAY) - HILTON HOTEL

HILTON HOTEL TOKYO

Guestroom with King size bedding

Hilton is located 15-20 minutes away from Shinjuku Station if you walk or 10 minutes shuttle bus ride provided by the hotel.  It is also linked with a underground Tokyo metro "Nishi-Shinjuku station" which is convenient (One need not worried about weather).  Hilton shuttle bus runs every 20 minutes and drops you right outside Keio Shopping Mall and picks you right up from the same stop.  Japanese are very punctual so stick with the bus schedule as bus leaves on time.  I uses Hilton complimentary shuttle service most of the time where it runs up to 9.30pm.

Airport shuttle service has a pick up point from Hilton where you can obtain a ticket with concierge. Fare are 3100 yen for a single trip to Narita International Airport.  You can avoid the hassle from traveling to JR station to take a train down to or up from airport.

As I mentioned hotel is linked to underground Metro station, there are convenient store to get snacks and a few restaurants and eateries.

Hilton has completed its refurbishment in 2014, and nearly all rooms are fresh and more modern looking.  Always had a good night sleep on their high thread counts bedsheets..

Small standard room, not much room after opening luggage.
