Situated on Hong Kong Island, I like how Park Lane Hotel is located close to nearly everything a tourist wished for. Sogo and Time Square are just 10 minutes walk. Lots of restaurants around the area, even a huge 24 hours Welcome supermarket just next to the hotel. If you want to cross over to Kowloon, Causeway Bay MTR is also 5 minutes walk away.
If you are taking Airport Express and arriving at IFC (Hong Kong Station) from airport, there is free shuttle bus exclusively for Airport Express passengers. Passengers are required to show proof of eligibility including Airport Express train ticket. Take bus H2 to take you to Park Lane Hotel. Bus service available daily 0612hrs - 2312hrs, with shuttle running every 20 minutes. This should save you some bucks.
Park Lane Hotel has currently undergone refurbishment on certain levels, I had the opportunity to stay on both different rooms. 12th Floor is Smoking room level.
