PENANG NASI KANDAR LINE CLEAR
|
Cool staff with shades at 12am, see that whistle around his neck? |
It's hard to decide which is the best after trying out Line Clear Nasi Kandar. It operates 24 hours, imagine eating this at 4am... I don't think anyone will be counting their calories when they are on Penang food trip. I love their (Kuah Banjir) meaning they will top your plate with a mix of curry gravies. I am in gravies heaven.
I believe both Nasi Berate and Line Clear have their special blend of spices to cook their curries. Line Clear have slightly darker, creamier meat curries. This stall is located in a narrow alley lane but will open up to their yard where there is a big common sitting area for diners. There is also a big pay parking at the back that lead you to Line Clear if you are driving.
The staff who served me came back and checked if I enjoyed the meal. I gave him a thumb up for approval, he blown a whistle which he was wearing yelling "Line Clear!!" Thought that was rather amusing and he took pride on what he served. Definitely be back for more!
