HONG KONG (WHAT TO EAT) - WANTON NOODLES TSIM CHAI KEE 沾 仔记
Tsim Chai Kee 沾 仔记

Just situated across the street, Tsim Chai Kee is the rival of Mak's Noodles. Still have room for one more bowl of noodles, I got to try it out.

Beef Noodles |
Dace Fish Balls Noodles 鲜鲮鱼球面 |
Both Tsim Chai Kee and Mak's Noodles have similar noodles texture, both as springy. I chose to order something different other than wantons. Dace fish balls noodles was really good. They were huge, fresh and tasty too. Beef noodles wasn't as what I expected, it seems to be coated with soda powder to soften the meat, which had an artificial bite which I don't fancy. We saw the wantons noodles ordered by other patron, which was definitely bigger than Mak's Noodles.
